Job summary

Oxford Industries is seeking a Returns Manager to lead the Returns department across our Atlanta-based DCs. You will organize the team, optimize processes, and drive efficiency in returns processing for multiple brands under the Oxford umbrella.

You will collaborate with customer service, brands, and logistics providers to ensure timely, accurate processing and inventory integrity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service, inventory management, warehousing, embroidery/screen printing, and/or physical distribution concepts.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS (warehouse management system) is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented, strong communicator, and capable of coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Returns department, providing leadership and accountability to the team.
• Review workload and forecast demand to meet service outputs.
• Communicate processes and instructions clearly to staff.
• Monitor productivity and provide KPI reporting and analysis.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately within turnaround times.
• Oversee receiving/crediting and ensure quality of returned products.
• Ensure WMS handhelds are used per SOPs.
• Coordinate with CSRs and brands on return status.
