Responsibilities

• Support a robust product quality program across pre‑launch and post‑launch initiatives.
• Perform and oversee laboratory quality testing and document results.
• Maintain lab equipment and retention sample inventory.
• Analyze customer feedback data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Influence cross‑functional teams on remediation, reformulation, or discontinuation decisions.
• Develop and optimize quality dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
