Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field required.
• 5+ years of managing food safety and quality in large-scale retail/manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis of customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop customer feedback monitoring mechanisms for safety and compliance.
• Build dashboards to manage large data sets and enable business decisions.
• Identify and escalate quality risk areas using data and drive corrective actions.
• Define quality KPIs and reporting mechanisms across cross-functional teams.
• Create SOPs and RACIs for quality activities with stakeholders.
• Drive process efficiencies, cost savings, and automation opportunities.
• Travel up to 15% to meet suppliers and support quality investigations.
