Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Quality Engineering Managers to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Identifies and mitigates quality risks early in development, and manages quality through product launch and ramp-up.
• Establishes quality goals, investigating failures, and implementing corrective actions.
• Demonstrates urgency in resolving critical issues.
• Drives continuous improvement, navigates ambiguity, and influences cross-functional teams in engineering, reliability, operations, and product management.
• Develops their quality engineering team to achieve high performance.
