Qualifications

• 9+ years of quality assurance team management experience.
• Experience as an industrial, manufacturing, project, or quality assurance engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, operations research, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, or 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on process capabilities, quality and reliability.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and onboard alternative suppliers to reduce single-source risk.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality engineers.
• Identify and assess supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
