Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Product Integrity Specialist to manage product quality claims and drive fair resolutions across internal teams, international partners, and customers.

The role requires 1–2+ years in Quality or Supply Chain, with a degree in business or supply chain. You will work in a hybrid environment, coordinating with QA and Finance to ensure accurate claim processing and documentation.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain.
• 1–2+ years of related experience in Quality or Supply Chain.
• Experience in quality assurance, customer service, or supply chain operations, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the resolution of product quality claims and call-outs from internal teams, international partners, and external customers.
• Collaborate with QA leadership and Brand teams to investigate product issues, determine root causes, and assess liability.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including inspection results and communication logs, and support continuous improvement efforts.
