Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager of Product Quality Engineering to lead a team focused on delivering high-quality, reliable products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Test, and Supply Chain to drive quality across all lifecycle stages from design to production.
You will own supplier quality programs, RCCA, CAPA, and MRB processes, and champion continuous improvement. The role requires leadership experience across product development and manufacturing environments in the defense
Qualifications
- Lead teams to address NPI and production quality issues impacting delivery.
- Strong knowledge of quality processes from design to manufacturing.
- Experience with FPY, DFM/DFMA and metrology practices.
- Proven ability to drive improvements across supplier and internal QA.
- Collaborate with production, program management, and design partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product quality engineers and specialists.
- Define, develop, and execute processes for high quality products.
- Partner with production, manufacturing, and supply chain leaders.
- Own supplier quality programs and risk management activities.
- Drive quality readiness for NPIs and ramp to production.
- Oversee RCCA, NCRs, CAPA, and MRB activities.
- Set priorities and foster best-in-class quality culture.
- Analyze health data and drive quality improvements.
- Improve Quality Management System documentation and practices.
- Collaborate with chief engineers and architects on product requirements.
