Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality compute solutions. You will work with responsible engineers to set objectives, build teams and drive projects to completion, delivering multi-disciplinary products.

The ideal candidate will leverage experience to ensure product quality across development, manufacturing and field use, with a strong ownership mindset and data-driven problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field required.
• Experience in Aerospace/defense hardware quality or engineering roles.
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements, MSA and GD&T.
• Experience applying quality systems to manufacturing/testing environments.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute processes delivering high quality, reliable compute solutions.
• Lead RCCA and MRB activities and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape product roadmaps and requirements.
• Champion transition from NPI to scalable, repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Perform product health data analysis and establish quality metrics.
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material inspection and process control plans.
• Travel between HQ (CA) and Ohio based on program needs.
