Job summary

Anduril Industries, a leader in defense technology, seeks a Quality Manager to lead a team of quality engineers and specialists in delivering high-quality, reliable products for Intelligence Systems. You will partner with production, manufacturing engineering, program management, deployments, and sourcing to meet stringent customer requirements.

The role demands expertise in manufacturing quality, design reviews, and process validation, with hands-on leadership on the factory floor to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
Experience leading a team of quality resources to ensure production delivery and quality.
Familiarity with PCBA, harnessing, mechanical structures, systems integration, and radar/vision/communication domains.

Responsibilities

Be the voice and leader for production quality and all functions contributing to efficient production processes.
Lead and manage a team to champion continuous improvement and failure mode elimination.
Set priorities for the quality team and promote best-in-class product quality and safe production practices.
Drive production readiness by detailed design reviews, process development, verification/validation, and qualification of processes and parts.
Resolve performance ambiguities related to product maturity, process stability, and field performance.
Oversee incoming, in-process, and end-of-line quality controls.
Lead RCCA, NCRs, CAPA, and MRB activities and share lessons learned.
Develop metrics and analyze product health data to drive quality improvements.
