Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr Product Quality Engineer to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality and reliable products across AES portfolio, including Menace-I and TITAN. You will work across design, manufacturing, and reliability to meet quality and reliability goals for volume production.

The role requires RCCA leadership, deep expertise in quality programs (APQP, PPAP, FMEA), and hands-on measurement and testing in aerospace/defense-grade environments. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level engineering or technical degree.
Experience leading RCCA efforts for complex hardware problems.

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and execute processes delivering high quality, reliable products.
Drive product improvement via data collection and incident reporting.
Facilitate RCCA activities for field and reliability issues.
Champion transition from NPI to sustainable customer experience.
Own elimination of product risk across lifecycle.
Define and improve product and process requirements.
