Job summary

Xcel Energy in Denver is seeking a senior marketing/product leader to drive the lifecycle of our portfolio across C&I and mass segments. You will shape the product vision, oversee pricing, channels, launches, and customer retention while guiding cross‑functional teams toward profitable outcomes.

The role requires a college degree, MBA preferred, and at least four years in marketing or product management, plus leadership and regulatory experience for DSM programs.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• Four years of experience in marketing, product management or product development is required.
• Team and peer leadership with excellent communications skills and proven results.
• For DSM portfolio management, two years experience with regulatory requirements and conservation programs is mandatory.
• Product development or commercialization experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the product life cycle to meet or exceed P&L or DSM goals across C&I or Mass segments.
• Oversee portfolio marketing mix, pricing, channels, launches, acquisition and retention, lifecycle management.
• Provide work direction to achieve goals and track portfolio progress against targets.
• Ensure programs comply with regulatory policies and requirements for each state.
