Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a lead marketing role within the Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions group to shape strategy and drive execution for market transformation and mature products. You will leverage customer insights and data to increase product awareness and participation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, 5 years of marketing experience or 2 years in product/brand management, and strong communication with peer leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience OR a combination of sales and marketing.
• 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: program, product or brand management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of brand, advertising, and promotion principles and tactics.
• Peer leadership with excellent communication skills and proven results.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize program portfolio team inputs to support development of engaging marketing strategies and annual plan for new/market transformation and mature products.
• Perform customer segmentation analysis and distill product value propositions to develop product bundles.
• Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer preferences.
• Track and report on assigned budget and KPIs.
• Support product awareness research.
• Identify product and customer experience improvement recommendations.
