Xcel Energy is seeking a seasoned product marketer to manage the full lifecycle of our portfolio across the C&I or Mass segments. You will oversee the marketing mix, pricing, channels, launches and customer migration, ensuring results align with the company’s P&L and DSM goals.
This role requires a college degree, MBA preferred, and at least four years in marketing or product management, with leadership experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements for DSM programs.

Xcel Energy supports a hybrid work model to enable collaboration and flexibility. Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs.
Manage all aspects of product life cycle to meet or exceed P&L or DSM goals across C&I or Mass segments. Manage all aspects of the portfolio's marketing mix, communications, training, and support needs. Drive effectiveness of product delivery and customer satisfaction.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $84,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
