Job summary

Little Spoon, based in New York, is seeking an Associate Manager, Planning & Business Operations to provide tactical PM support across our product portfolio. You’ll ensure cross-functional alignment, maintain timelines, and drive momentum from brief to launch and discontinuation.

You will work in a fast-paced, perishable goods environment, coordinating with R&D, marketing, operations and supply chain, and you’ll leverage Monday.com and Airtable to optimize workflows and automation where possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a CPG PMO or formal PM function, preferably in food/beverage.
• Hands-on with Monday.com, Airtable or similar platforms.
• Curiosity to experiment with modern AI tools for PM efficiency.
• Strong written communication for clear recaps and follow-ups.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines and milestones across a portfolio.
• Track progress against critical paths and flag risks.
• Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards.
• Follow up with cross-functional partners to move work forward.
• Prepare for and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Develop, test, and refine AI solutions to scale work.
• Support PM of launches, renovations and discontinuations.
• Build and maintain timelines in Monday.com.
• Maintain portfolio sources of truth like SKU lists and trackers.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
