Job summary

Plaid, in Seattle, is seeking a Product Operations professional to own a suite of products end-to-end and partner with CES, Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure readiness and successful launches.

You will identify operational gaps, develop clear guides, and translate customer insights into the roadmap, shaping product strategy and improving cross-functional workflows with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal technical documentation skills.
• Proficiency with SQL to pull, join, and analyze metrics.
• Experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or product enablement.

Responsibilities

• Drive product launch readiness by identifying documentation, tooling, and process gaps before new features launch, resolving issues proactively so customers experience smooth rollouts.
• Build clear step-by-step guides, troubleshooting workflows, and training materials that enable customer-facing teams to operate independently.
• Analyze frontline feedback using data to quantify customer pain points, representing these needs to Product Managers to shape the product roadmap.
• Fix tooling and process bottlenecks across multiple departments to keep teams aligned and moving efficiently.
• Define end-to-end support strategies for assigned products, guiding them from early-stage testing through general availability.
