Job summary

Magic Spoon in New York City is seeking a Sr Associate, Manufacturing to join our Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for co-manufacturers and help expand manufacturing to ensure supply and identify risks.

This role owns ERP production activities, manages receiving, inventory movements and BOM accuracy, and coordinates product releases with the Freight Team. Hybrid/in-person role based in NYC with remote option.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience managing suppliers in a co-manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food or beverage CPG preferred.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Sense of urgency with bias for action and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning with co-manufacturers and manage capacity, timelines, and priorities.
• Oversee daily/weekly production performance and communicate risks to cross-functional partners.
• Own ERP production activities including receiving, inventory movements, and consumption tracking.
• Coordinate product movement with Freight Team and co-mans on releases and shipments.
• Support product commercialization by ensuring specs, BOMs, materials, and packaging ahead of production.
• Approve finished good invoices and assist with pricing transitions and RPO-based billing.
• Maintain operational dashboards and reports for visibility and decision making.
• Ensure audit-ready production documentation and traceability.
