Job summary

Wonder Group, INC is seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the Kitchen Sequencing initiative across 20+ restaurant partners. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to deployment, translating operations needs into technical requirements.

This hybrid NYC-based role requires stakeholder management, collaboration with engineers and data analysts, and a proven track record in logistics or supply chain product areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of product ownership experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data science projects and ML projects/ products (optimizations).
• Experience with operations research techniques and simulations is a plus.
• Experience with logistics, ETA, Kitchen or supply chain concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for sequencing and kitchen optimization.
• Owns sequencing features, defining scope, prioritizing development, and measuring impact.
• Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, and operations researchers to improve algorithms and data pipelines.
• Translate requirements and bugs into JIRA tickets and deploy new features.
• Lead agile scrum rituals and coordinate with field teams to improve hand-offs and predictability.
