• Prioritize enhancements based on business value, user impact, and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews.
• Validate completed work meets business requirements before release.
• Conduct user interviews and workflow discovery sessions.
• Map current and future state business processes.
• Design user journeys and wireframes; create low-fidelity mockups.
• Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly system design across business applications.
• Measure user adoption and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Analyze operational processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Document current workflows and recommend future-state solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives.
• Assist with testing, UAT, and production validation.
• Develop user guides and training materials; support system launches.
