Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead the ideation, roadmapping, and delivery of tools and technologies for its Airport Customer Service teams in Atlanta.

You will partner with internal and external developers to optimize Tower Agents’ user experiences and drive adoption of AI-adjacent products. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, prioritize sprint work, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Requires Agile Product Management training and experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a dynamic agile environment.
• Ability to produce concise, relevant documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and translate business needs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prioritize sprint backlog and balance stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to create UX/UI experiences for new product functionality.
• Use data analytics to drive roadmap, prioritization, and adoption.
• Refine features with stakeholders and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Coordinate cross-squad efforts to maintain product coherence.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for IT teams.
