Delta Air Lines seeks a Product Owner Specialist to guide agile development for Reservations Sales/Service platforms. You will translate business needs into user stories, drive sprint planning, and collaborate with design and product teams to deliver customer and employee-focused capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional squads, refine features, and set acceptance criteria while ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading agile product development initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead Analysts to translate business needs for technical/non-technical audiences
• Direct squads to manage sprint backlogs and stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with design resources to create UX/UI for new features
• Refine features and stories with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-squad alignment of product development efforts
• Write requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Attend agile ceremonies and report progress to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, satisfaction, and efficiency
• Support change management and stakeholder communications
• Develop strategic and tactical plans emphasizing safety and wellbeing
