PCMI is seeking a Product Owner to establish priorities, align the team around objectives, and approve work to maximize value for the TruComply product offerings. You will gather feature requests, plan releases, and coordinate sprints with cross-functional teams.

You will work with customers to analyze needs, translate requirements into user stories, and support documentation and training materials. Park Ridge, IL office 2 days per week; favorable for growth in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years prior experience in a Product Owner or related role.
• Experience in the Extended Warranty or Service Contract industry.
• Experience following Agile methodologies.

Mansioni

• Analyze needs with internal/external customers and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize Epics and stories to maximize value.
• Act as ambassador for the product and primary contact for questions.
• Identify and explain business model, value, and proposition to clients.
• Research industry and user trends to build a roadmap that adds value and revenue.
