Job summary

ITW Alpine, a division of ITW, seeks a Product Owner to drive product vision and translate it into actionable development for Alpine’s software solutions. You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, Support, Operations, and Engineering to ensure business value, quality, and timely releases.

Responsibilities include managing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and validating concepts with users while iterating based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years as Product Owner or similar with a development team.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
• Experience with Agile product development and value delivery.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the product roadmap and translate strategy into actionable development plans.
• Partner with Development Managers for sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release scope.
• Apply ITW’s Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) framework to identify and prioritize customer pain points.
• Create and maintain clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to align designs with user needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate agile events and coordinate with support to ensure successful releases.
