SAIC is seeking a Requirements Analyst / Product Owner to support the DoD OSD in modernizing mission-critical solutions. The role focuses on gathering, documenting, and aligning requirements with project objectives, working closely with analysts, technical teams, and customers.

The position offers hybrid work (1–2 days onsite) at the Pentagon or MARK Center in Arlington, VA. A Secret clearance is required to start, and the salary range emphasizes experience with a target of $80,001–$120,000 per

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of related experience; or master's with zero years of related experience; four years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Assist in requirements discussions by gathering, organizing, and documenting high-level and detailed requirements under guidance.
Draft clear, basic user stories and acceptance criteria to support development tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders and senior analysts to refine requirements and align with business needs.
Support backlog organization by tracking, prioritizing, and updating requirements as directed by Product Owners.
Work with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure user stories are actionable.
Participate in customer feedback discussions and incorporate updates into requirements.
Assist with project documentation tasks like meeting minutes and status updates.
Provide support during customer demonstrations and capture feedback for enhancements.
