Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to conduct qualitative analyses on large data sets and support DoD mission analysis. You will collaborate across a diverse workforce to identify vulnerabilities and present findings to senior leadership.

The role requires a TS/SCI eligible clearance, extensive data science background, and experience with large DoD organizations. Strong communication and advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years related experience.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Background in data science.
• Experience with large DoD organizations.
• Experience conducting qualitative analysis on large data sets.
• Proficient research and analytical skills.
• Experience in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department in conducting strategic analysis of internal and external assessment data to identify systemic vulnerabilities for DoD missions.
• Collect, analyze, correlate, and interpret data using qualitative and quantitative methods; present trends to the Department.
• Use relational systems to create/access databases and prepare charts, graphs, and exhibits.
• Conduct comprehensive research projects and assist with program evaluations and administrative studies.
• Compile, update, and manage all-program data and produce the Department’s annual report.
• Conduct special projects and present unbiased data based on trend and statistics; brief senior leadership as needed.
