Job summary

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: minimum 12 years with specified capabilities.
• Experience translating operational needs into requirements, use cases, scenarios, or workflows.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and resolving priorities and risks.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlogs for SMPES.
• Translate operational needs into clear use case diagrams and scenarios.
• Coordinate with users, requirements managers, program managers, and development teams.
• Elicit requirements from users, operators, and PMO personnel.
• Coordinate refinement of scenarios, need statements, and artifacts.
• Support product owner standups, sprint planning, and executive reviews.
• Lead or participate in backlog reviews and release planning.
• Validate backlog accuracy and align work with priorities.
• Coordinate actions across requirements, development, testing, usability, and fielding.
• Support capability demonstrations and usability sessions with testing groups.
• Train stakeholders on backlog prioritization and requirements documentation.
• Identify issues requiring leadership awareness or cross-organizational coordination.
• Track feature progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure alignment between mission goals and technical execution.
• Prepare capability updates and stakeholder briefings.
