Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship and Active Secret clearance.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Computer/Systems Engineering.
• 8 years of relevant IT/Systems experience and ITIL/CISSP certs are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements definition and refinement; reengineer processes and evaluate COTS/GOTS software.
• Evaluate emerging IT capabilities including AI/ML and present findings to Government.
• Support benchmarking, integration of program/portfolio management tools, and modeling/simulation tools.
• Assist with NDAA-compliant defense business system modernization efforts exceeding $1M.
• Provide technical support for IT governance, security reviews, and IT audit compliance.
• Support SAF/AQ portfolio management team to streamline systems portfolio and data strategy.
