Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a critical part of the platform that serves clients and operators in global logistics. You will define the vision and roadmap, ship features that drive measurable business outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to solve hard problems at scale.

The role focuses on the Commerce domain, enabling quoting, billing, visibility, and delivery across a global freight network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience or domain-relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; SQL proficiency required.
• Experience shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver product features that improve key commerce workflows for internal operators and clients across Flexport’s platform.
• Own your product area end-to-end, building and executing product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months.
• Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations, including quoting, billing, and invoicing.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and participate in cross-border syncs.
