Job summary

Breezeline is seeking a Product Owner for Internet Product Lifecycle Management to define and execute the internet and broadband product strategy for Cogeco and Breezeline. You will lead high-speed connectivity innovations across FTTH, DOCSIS, and Smart Wi‑Fi while managing end-to-end lifecycle of legacy internet platforms and CPE.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, strong Agile experience, and deep broadband networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Proven track record in Agile environments with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Strong domain knowledge of broadband networking technologies (FTTH, DOCSIS), home Wi-Fi ecosystems, and CPE gateway platforms.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to bridge engineering concepts and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic product roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline across broadband, home networking, and value-added services.
• Develop integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies while streamlining delivery and onboarding workflows across US and Canada.
• Establish and track KPIs including service delivery quality, monetization, and churn reduction.
• Monitor emerging broadband technologies and competitive trends to guide portfolio evolution.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch to optimization and sunsetting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Operations to improve self-installation workflows, provisioning, and network stability.
