Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in telecom/tech.
• Proven track record in Agile with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Strong knowledge of broadband networking technologies (FTTH, DOCSIS) and home Wi-Fi ecosystems.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership bridging engineering concepts and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define the future roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline across broadband, home networking, and value-added services.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and streamline onboarding workflows for US and Canadian markets.
• Own business outcomes with KPIs like service quality, monetization, and churn reduction.
• Monitor evolving broadband tech and competitive trends to guide portfolio evolution.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle: concept to launch to optimization and sunsetting.
