Job summary

Breezeline in Quincy, MA is seeking a Product Owner for Internet Product Lifecycle Management. You will define and execute the internet and broadband product strategy across FTTH, DOCSIS, and Smart Wi-Fi, while managing legacy platforms and CPE, collaborating across Engineering, IT and Operations to improve self-installation and service experiences.

You will translate business goals into user stories and requirements, track KPIs like churn, monetization, and LTV, and guide portfolio evolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience in telecom/tech.
• Strong Agile experience with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Define the future roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline across broadband offerings and ensure they remain scalable and competitive.
• Develop integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies while streamlining onboarding workflows and internet offerings across US markets.
• Own business outcomes with KPIs including service delivery quality, monetization, customer lifetime value, ROI, and churn reduction.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management from concept and launch to optimization and sunsetting.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, and external vendors to deliver roadmap initiatives and support business targets.
