Job summary

Breezeline, part of Cogeco Inc., is seeking a Product Owner for Internet Product Lifecycle Management to drive the broadband product strategy across FTTH, DOCSIS, and Smart Wi‑Fi. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to sunset, collaborating with Engineering, IT, and Operations to improve self-install workflows, provisioning, and customer-facing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in Agile environments with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Strong domain knowledge of broadband networking technologies (FTTH, DOCSIS), home Wi‑Fi ecosystems, and CPE gateway platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the Future Roadmap: Own and articulate the strategic product roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline, ensuring broadband, home networking, and value-added service offerings remain scalable and competitive.
• Go-to-Market & Product Simplification: Develop integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies while streamlining delivery processes, onboarding workflows, and internet offerings across Canadian and US markets.
• Business Outcome Ownership: Track KPIs including service delivery quality, monetization, customer lifetime value, campaign ROI, and churn reduction.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor emerging broadband technologies and competitive trends to guide portfolio evolution.
