Breezeline in the United States seeks a Product Owner for Internet Product Lifecycle Management. You will define and execute the internet product strategy, driving high-speed connectivity innovations across FTTH, DOCSIS, and smart Wi-Fi while managing end-to-end lifecycle of legacy platforms and CPE.

Lead cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience from self-activation through ongoing service, and track KPIs like LTV, churn, and monetization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years product management experience in telecommunications or technology.
• Proven track record with Agile backlog refinement, sprint planning and user story creation.
• Strong knowledge of broadband networking tech (FTTH, DOCSIS) and CPE platforms.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the strategic broadband product roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to sunset, including hardware and platform updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales and vendors to deliver roadmap milestones.
