Job summary

Breezeline, part of Cogeco, seeks a Product Owner for Internet Product Lifecycle Management. You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of broadband products, from concept to sunset, across FTTH, DOCSIS, and CPE, aligning with strategic goals and cross-functional execution.

You will define and implement product strategies, collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Operations, and optimize self-installation workflows and customer experiences while driving growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience in telecom/tech.
• Agile experience with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the Future Roadmap for Cogeco and Breezeline, ensuring broadband offerings remain competitive.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and streamline delivery and onboarding across US/Canada.
• Own business outcomes with KPIs like monetization, LTV, ROI, and churn reduction.
• Track market trends and technologies to guide portfolio evolution.
