Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a Product Owner I in Insurance Operations to support technology-enabled initiatives that boost efficiency, quality and scalability. You will represent business needs across workflow systems, automation tools and AI-powered solutions.

Work with operations leaders, end users, Product Managers and IT to define requirements, document user stories, support backlog prioritization and validate delivered solutions in an Agile environment.

• Participates in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Collaborates with business teams, IT and QA to validate solutions.

• Conducts user acceptance testing and validates solutions meet requirements.
• Analyzes processes for automation, efficiency and quality improvement.
• Tracks issues, risks and dependencies for project execution and production readiness.
• Supports post-release measurement and ROI analyses.
• Communicates project updates and next steps across teams.
