Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, or Business, or related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Product Owner Agile professional certification required.
• CSPO/CSM/SAFe PO/PM preferred.
• A minimum of 1-3 years in product management or IT delivery roles in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, optimization, and retirement.
• Collaborate with MX/UX/IT/sales and other teams to translate market needs into a prioritized backlog.
• Define 1-year and quarterly product roadmaps with goals and success metrics.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria following Agile best practices.
• Guide agile teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
