Job summary

UW Credit Union seeks an experienced, senior product leader to own the enterprise product strategy across core banking and digital channels. You will lead Product Strategy Teams, guide directors, and partner with Marketing, Technology, and Finance to align product vision with market opportunities.

You will drive profitability, balance-sheet strength, and regulatory alignment while delivering measurable member value. The role supports a hybrid work model and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management and strategic leadership in retail banking or credit unions.
• Deep domain expertise in consumer deposit and transactional banking.
• Regulatory fluency including consumer protection and fee governance.
• Experience leading directors, product managers, or researchers across tech and strategy.
• Ability to translate data insights into roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Product Strategy & long-term roadmaps for banking products and digital experiences.
• Own core deposit strategy, checking, fees, and digital banking experience across channels.
• Drive omnichannel orchestration and ensure cohesive customer journeys.
• Translate member insights and AI data into product choices guiding roadmap.
• Ensure launch readiness and operational enablement with cross-functional teams.
