Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ business, analytical, technical and/or product experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinking and excellent verbal & written communication.
• Proven decision-making skills with independence and stakeholder input.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product vision and roadmap that aligns with the overall strategic intent and communicate them with the team and all stakeholders.
• Prioritize the backlog based on the overall product vision and strategy.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the team and convey story details; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Groom backlog in partnership with the team and write ATDD criteria for stories.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders; participate in all ceremonies.
• Advocate for customer needs using design thinking and analytics to inform product design.
• Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as needed.
