Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Product Owner to translate strategy into a one-year roadmap and release plan, bridging vision and execution across MX, UX, IT, and Sales to deliver member-focused outcomes. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, write user stories, manage the backlog, define success metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The role is hybrid with three days on-site and requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 1–3 years in product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in IT/business fields.
• 1–3 years in product management or IT delivery, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and retirement.
• Collaborate with MX, UX, IT, and operations to translate insights into backlog priorities.
• Define and communicate 1-year and quarterly roadmaps with clear goals and success metrics.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; support testing and delivery readiness.
• Track KPIs/OKRs and participate in Agile ceremonies for continuous improvement.
