Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a Product Owner to lead the 1-year roadmap, manage the backlog, and align agile teams with member needs and regulatory requirements. The role bridges vision and execution, coordinating with MX, UX, IT, Operations, Risk, and Sales to deliver high-impact features.

This hybrid role requires CSPO/CSM or SAFe PO/PM certification, a bachelor’s in MIS/CS/IT or related field, and 1–3 years in product management or IT delivery within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in MIS, CS, IT management or business, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO/CSM/SAFe PO/PM certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years in product management, business analysis, or IT delivery in financial services or similar.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and retirement.
• Collaborate with MX, UX, Sales, Operations, Risk & Compliance to translate insights into backlog priorities.
• Define 1-year and quarterly roadmaps, goals, and success metrics for agile teams.
• Write user stories, features, and acceptance criteria reflecting member value and feasibility.
• Define journeys with MX to map member interactions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support testing and accept delivery when definition of done is met.
• Incorporate member feedback and data analytics into iterative refinement.
• Track KPIs/OKRs and use data to inform prioritization and improvements.
• Work with IT, architecture, compliance, and security to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and foster collaboration and transparency across stakeholders.
