Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Product Owner to execute the product strategy, maintain the 1-year roadmap, and manage the release plan and backlog across teams. You will align stakeholder needs with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Product Management, MX, UX, Technology, Operations, and Sales to deliver high-impact features and measurable improvements in member experience and financial services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, or Business, or related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Product Owner Agile professional certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, optimization, and retirement.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate market insights into a prioritized backlog.
• Define and communicate 1-year and quarterly product roadmap, goals, and success metrics.
• Author user stories, features, and acceptance criteria following Agile best practices.
• Build process maps and workflows with MX to define member journeys and improve UX and operations.
• Support testing and accept deliverables per the definition of done.
• Champion a test-learn-adapt approach using feedback and data to refine the product.
