• Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related
• Minimum - 5 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies or related
• Preferred - 3 Years of (specific domain)
• In lieu of Education: 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies or related in (specific domain)

• Set and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with goals
• Act as SME for backlog prioritization, user stories, and stakeholder engagement
• Own and manage multiple product backlogs reflecting enterprise objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic initiatives into features and epics
• Champion customer voice to enhance member experience and business outcomes
• Facilitate cross-team alignment on dependencies, risks, and opportunities
• Drive continuous agile improvement across teams
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify trends for enhancements
• Participate in full product lifecycle from ideation to optimization
