Job summary

Reflect Health in Mason, Ohio seeks a Product Owner to manage healthcare data integration and reporting, translating client needs into effective solutions.

You will lead Agile initiatives, optimize EDI workflows (834/837/835), and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

In addition, this role emphasizes clear communication, stakeholder management, and delivering scalable data solutions for healthcare transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on technical delivery and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of EDI transactions (834, 837, 835) and healthcare data exchange processes.
• Ability to design and deliver custom reporting solutions based on complex business needs.
• Familiarity with Cigna-specific data workflows and healthcare claims/eligibility processes is a plus.
• Experience operating in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with business-friendly language.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to meet client contractual and Business Associate Agreement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and communicate clear user stories and product requirements aligned with healthcare data standards.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to capture and address requirements.
• Manage data exchange processes, including Cigna flows, with monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Drive initiatives to improve EDI workflows and healthcare reporting solutions.
• Partner with engineering, data, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming to maintain momentum.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.
• Provide leadership updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
