Job summary

Molina Healthcare in the United States seeks a Product Owner to lead the delivery and maintenance of enterprise products. You will own the product vision, backlog, and outcomes, partnering with engineering, architecture, data, QA, and operations to align solutions with regulatory and business goals.

Responsibilities include creating epics and user stories, prioritizing backlog by impact and risk, guiding agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and ensuring security, audit, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership/management or related delivery roles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Experience with Edifecs implementation and strategic planning.
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with regulated environments and complex product domains.

Responsibilities

• Owns and communicates a clear product vision aligned to strategy and outcomes.
• Prioritize work based on business impact, regulatory requirements, risk, and dependencies.
• Create BRD, own the product, manage change requests.
• Act as single accountability for product decisions and acceptance.
• Lead backlog refinement and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure delivery aligns with security, audit, and compliance.
