Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking a Product Owner to translate a Data & Analytics roadmap into actionable requirements. You will own backlog health, define acceptance criteria, and guide teams from discovery through delivery to meet regulatory and customer needs.

You will collaborate with IT Development, Operations, Compliance, UX Research, Launch & Enablement, and other stakeholders to evaluate requests, prioritize work, and ensure successful outcomes across multi-state healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in technology-enabled operations.
Experience owning and delivering data or analytics products, including requirements definition and roadmap ownership.
Understanding of data architecture, data platforms, analytics, governance, and regulatory considerations.
Proficiency with backlog management, agile delivery practices, and cross-functional product development.
Ability to assess business value, operational impact, regulatory considerations, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, compliance, support, and customers.

Responsibilities

Manage the backlog of reporting requests and align with Data & Analytics roadmap.
Break down roadmap initiatives into epics, features, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct problem discovery to refine requirements with UX and data teams.
Coordinate with UX Research, data/analytics, operations, and compliance to validate requirements.
Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned domain and ensure prioritization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess roadmap candidates, value, urgency, risk, and dependencies.
Triage incoming requests, clarify scope, impact, and next steps.
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance reviews for IT Development teams.
Represent customer, regulatory, and business needs in backlog decisions.
