Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience with 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale EDI operations, B2B integrations, or trading partner management.
• Experience managing onboarding programs at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading MSP/vendor governance, SLA management, KPI reporting, and outsourced service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare EDI transactions, integration platforms, and operational support models.
• Experience managing budgets, chargeback models, forecasting, and financial accountability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for customers, suppliers, and trading partners.
• Drive onboarding cycle-time improvements, SLA attainment, implementation quality, and successful go-lives for high-value revenue-generating partners.
• Lead production operations and service delivery across the EDI and integration ecosystem (IBM Sterling, Axway, Oracle, SAP PI/PO).
• Establish operational excellence measures focused on availability, transaction success, and customer experience.
• Own strategic MSP and vendor relationships, including governance, performance management, contract compliance, KPIs, and maturity initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership for healthcare EDI standards, trading partner integrations, and compliance programs (HIPAA, DSCSA, CSOS).
• Manage service financials, chargebacks, forecasting, and cost optimization across units.
