Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the integrated delivery for the Cardiology Sales Operations & Reporting workstream within the Magellan SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

You will connect business and technology teams, translate complex requirements into executable plans, and drive timely decisions to deliver commercial processes, data, reporting, testing, and deployment readiness against program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of technical project or program management experience in enterprise systems or business transformation.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise platforms and delivery readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated workstream plan including scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into clear, executable delivery plans for cross-functional teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap assessments, and design alignment.
• Maintain governance for risks, issues, decisions, dependencies and change controls.
• Drive cross-workstream dependencies involving sales structures, master data, reporting and integrations.
• Oversee business testing governance including test plans, scripts, environments and sign-off.
• Define deployment readiness criteria across process, data, reporting, training, and support.
