Job summary

Boston Scientific is driving the Magellan program to transform the Global Service Management System (GSMS) from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, integrating Salesforce/ServiceMax and SAP. The Product Owner will lead service vision, scope, and backlog while aligning with Global Template and cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-towers to ensure end-to-end service-to-cash processes and successful deployments in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/Engineering/Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years as Product Owner/PM on enterprise applications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation and ERP programs.
• Experience with Salesforce/ServiceMax integrations.
• Experience in Agile delivery using Jira in regulated environments.
• Product Owner certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vision & scope: own product vision, scope & roadmap for service within Magellan.
• Global Template alignment with regional service teams and gap disposition.
• Backlog ownership across SAP S/4 and Salesforce/ServiceMax, including defects & enhancements.
• Make timely trade-off decisions balancing value, compliance, milestones & capacity.
• Set expectations for Features, user stories and acceptance criteria; define DoR.
• Represent service in cross-functional design and integration discussions.
• Support program governance with status, risks, dependencies.
