Schneider Electric seeks a Product Owner - Customer Order Management/Execution for a fast-paced Digital Transformation program as SAP is deployed across North American plants.

You will enable business transformation in Order Execution, partnering with stakeholders across supply chain and customer service to translate requirements into a prioritized backlog and ensure end-to-end order operations meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in order management, order execution, or plant customer service.
• Experience with SAP order-to-cash processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the implementation of Order Execution and back-office Order Management/Customer Service solutions.
• Translate business requirements into a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Identify and address impediments and delivery risks.
• Drive Order Execution process standardization across manufacturing sites.
• Define, prioritize, and align the product backlog with the roadmap and business outcomes.
• Prioritize scope and delivery activities to support go-live commitments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Provide direction to project and scrum teams.
• Participate in program ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Facilitate feature demonstrations and validation sessions.
• Balance scope, value, quality, and schedule to meet program expectations.
• Collaborate on readiness and change-management plans.
• Validate delivered solutions against requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive end-to-end integration test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
