Job summary

Chubb Benefits seeks a Product Owner to lead tech transformation and deliver business capabilities across the group insurance portfolio. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and partner with business owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to testing, balancing Agile and Waterfall approaches while maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering rapid value to policyholders, members, employers,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, CS, CX, or technology.
5–10+ years leading initiatives in Insurance/Financial Services.
4–7+ years product ownership in Agile units (preferably Insurtech).
Experience with Billing, Enrollment, or Contact Center in Group insurance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle from vision through delivery and measurement.
Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
Articulate opportunities and design journeys balancing stakeholder inputs for business outcomes.
Monitor risks and dependencies and work with stakeholders to mitigate.
Provide solutioning support and QA during build and testing of capabilities.
Lead product demos and launches, communicating value to users and stakeholders.
Track key metrics in line with OKRs; feed insights back into roadmap.
