Job summary

Sharpedge Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Product Owner - Insurance Technology to drive vision, strategy, and delivery of digital insurance products that improve outcomes for employees, clients, and partners. You will own the backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate complex workflows into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.

You will lead discovery sessions, prioritize backlog items, and guide Agile delivery while leveraging data and AI tools to improve product

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in Product Owner/Manager roles delivering software or digital products.
Strong track record defining product direction and delivering valued capabilities.
Familiarity with insurance operations, terminology, and workflows.
Proven ability translating complex needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Partner with business users to understand goals, processes, pain points, and opportunities.
Translate strategy into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for Agile delivery.
Lead discovery workshops with business leaders, architects, and QA.
Monitor adoption and outcomes to guide continuous product improvements.
